What is the correct way to specify a flight?
When booking an airport transfer, please provide the full flight number (numeric plus alphabetic part). For example, "TK420" is correct, whereas "420" is not.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel by contacting support (info@avitovip.com or WhatsApp/Telegram — links in the page footer). If you cancel at least 24 hours before pickup, a full refund is made to the original payment method within 5–30 business days (timing depends on your bank and payment processor). See the “Cancellation Policy” section of the Terms and Conditions.
What will the car be like?
We guarantee the class of car you selected or a higher-comfort/capacity class.
Can the driver make a stop or pick up at a different address?
Contact support in advance: info@avitovip.com or WhatsApp/Telegram (footer). Extra stops or a second pickup address are only confirmed after the team agrees.
How is payment handled?
You may be able to pay online by card at checkout; if you pay the driver, use cash in euro, US dollars, or Turkish lira as stated on your voucher. Available options are shown on the booking step.
Is the price per car or per person?
Prices are per vehicle, regardless of passenger count up to the maximum capacity of the class.
How do I find my driver?
At airports: meeting point on your voucher. At hotels: outside or at the nearest meeting point.
How can I get in touch with the driver?
Drivers contact you after booking—usually after 22:00 local time the day before. If your flight is delayed >30 min or luggage is held up, please call or text them.
What should I do if I have not received the funds after canceling my order?
If you cancelled at least 24 hours before pickup, refunds to the original payment method typically take 5–30 business days, depending on your bank and processor. Check your card or account statement. If that window has passed and nothing arrived, email info@avitovip.com. Details are in the “Cancellation Policy” section.
How do I check that my order has been accepted?
You will receive a confirmation voucher (with booking number and travel details) at the email you provided. If you don't get it, contact our manager at info@avitovip.com.
